Cosme Caballero

Cosme Caballero is a named partner at Deutsch Blumberg & Caballero, P.A. where he primarily focuses on complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Articles & Comments Editor of the University of Miami Law Review. Following graduation, Mr. Caballero was admitted to practice law in Florida. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and Middle District and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Miami Dade Bar Association. He has previously served in the Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on Professionalism, served as Chair of the Civil Procedure Rules Committee of the Florida Bar 2024-2025, and he is a past Chair and Vice Chair of a Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the 11th Judicial Circuit. He currently serves as a member of the Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee of the Florida Bar.
